The name "Essens" originates from the Latin verb "esse" - "to be" - which is also the root of the word "essence". "Esse" is linked with the English verbs "to sense" and "to feel". There is no doubt about it; with your senses you can feel consciously, both who you really are and what is the essence in your life. Actually, being implies feeling or, when you feel, you are.

With the creation of Essens, "Centre for Well-being and Expansion of Consciousness", I hope to contribute in my own small way to people's well-being and to the process of widening and raising their conscience.
